They will send an inspector to approve the property.

No way the rehab is just 10K.Well my little silly bunz, I am hoping I can expose the brick and leave electrical in metal conduit, making this the very sought after "industrial  look".. much like .. so:I just not sure if the inspector will let me get away with this.

@Kurt Stein When you have a professional inspector review the property, you can see how well the unpermitted work was done.

I agreed to review existing report, in addition to getting my own inspection done by an inspector I trust.

Speaking from experience, for one thing, it really depends on what city you're in and the code inspector that you get. 

Letting inspectors and appraisers in, getting bids for repairs, taking photos, filling out contracts..
