140K you can get 3 SF with 40k per, for about 100k each with 1200 1300 in rents, I just got two more, duplex with 18k in rent, under 100k full reno, SF 15k rent, under 80k, Good luck  Killing it man, thanks for the wishes

I'm asking because they offered me a business opportunity to partner with them, I tried looking the company up but can't find any info on them other than when the company incorporated, they aren't even registered with the BBB.

I'm wondering how many just sent the deposit in to the person claiming to be the "owner".Here in the south you can sometimes (literally) get away with murder if you claim to be some type of reverend/ minister/man/woman of god/whatever which is exactly what this scammer was claiming.I report the ads to craigslist, they are pulled, only to show up again a few days later.

I've used templates from BP and other sites like Avail as a start and then asked my attorney to incorporate additional language needed for MTRs like the utility caps, monthly cleanings, etc.
