I definitely had my eye out for something that would make sense for a vacation rental.

The catch is it must be vacant 90 days and winters in Vermont are expensive to heat the building so the pipes don't freeze requiring costly plumbing repairs.So this property may be eligible for up to $130k in grant money and rental income guaranteed by the state!

I think we should keep an eye on it, but it's too early to panic just yet.

This experience was great and opened my eyes to the world of Real Estate.

Incorporating it into the price poses other challenges regarding appraisal...

It's a lot more comfortable being an investor that incorporates all aspects of investing in real estate, in the context of “time”, but I guess that is what makes the top 1%.
