Hello I am working with the USDA Rural Development to build a new residential home in Douglas County, GA.

The taxes are in the same situation as the residential property. 

1-4 units the floor rate I have recently is 6.5% for 30 year fixed residential. good credit, ratios, etc factor in but par is landing around 7.25%-7.5% without buying it down.

Does anyone have referrals to residential cleaning services that cover South Tampa, ESPECIALLY if they are experienced in non-toxic cleaning since I'm house hacking my home?
