We have contact information for those touring, and if there ever was a theft issue (during or after a showing), that list would be turned over to the police. 

This should discourage theft.

Its probably not a dealMaybe your expectations were too high, hoping for appreciation, and already swimming in brrrrrrrrrr or sale money from a deal you havent yet closed.I put in a backup offer this week that was basically identical to same offer, same property, I made contact with 6 months ago.

It is an identical looking duplex with approximately 720square feet each and 2 bedroom 1 bathroom.

From there I had to verify my identity, then the next day (5/6) I got an email saying my loan was approved and to sign the closing docs. 

Is anyone concerned  about identity theft from putting all this infomration into the site. 

An identical property on the same row of row-houses sold a month after mine for $1,050,000.

This is almost an identical scenario to the one I had with the four-plex earlier in the month, except that I was ready to pay the 30K over asking price until the financial markets started to tank!
