So while I can't claim to speak for every financial institution out there, it's a very broad survey, finding an option not contained there might involve making quite a few phone calls.When I see 30 year fixed, 30 year amortization, 30 year maturity (basically, identical terms to a consumer-friendly kid-gloves home loan), which does in fact pop up if I specifically search for it, it's almost always at a rather high interest rate, and the borrower doesn't opt for it.

Then if you want LLC as asset protection, you have to transfer the property to the LLC to hold the title.

If you wish to purchase property using the LLC then you must take the title to the property in the name of the LLC and use it's EIN for everything related.

in that case the deed doesn't really matter but you will lose your title insurance unless the tranfer is a new title policy.

You should be able to but if you want to make sure call a title company in your area and ask
