Right now I’m in the learning stages before we pull the trigger to find that right property in Spring or Summer next year.Our main objectives are:1) Build financial freedom through cash flow.2) Looking to buy and hold rental properties.3) Finding a solid deal with good numbers for our first property.

Something I learned to late is to convert them to a tax free account and make up the tax and penalty by possibly being able to invest in a place other than the stock market by having a true self-directed IRA.If I was younger and was more aware how things worked I would be much better off when, and if I did, retired early and spent my later years on retirement by having financial freedom. 

I want to achieve financial freedom and retire early by owning rental property and doing flips.  

@Anita Muhammad not sure what CLUELESS book you are reading, but short answer to your question, YES. buy, refi buy more , do again and again. .Rentals provide freedom. good luck 

Just closed on my second triplex but trying to invest in some quality education since my day job is in healthcare.

I like things like logistics and healthcare.

For someone who is just starting this journey to time freedom and is looking for many methods to do real estate.

And I currently work full-time in the Healthcare industry.

Anything else though may not be worth your time or potential liability.True freedom is freedom of time, so if you can automate most parts of your business, then you're golden.

I guess I should add my personal goals is to achieve freedom from the 9-5 job.
