@Seb Ko Regarding the "Permit Process" you should be able to obtain an Easy Permit for the "Window Replacement" on which you would just indicate the type and quantity of windws being replaced, along with general information about the existing building itself Easy Permits typically can be reviewed and approved within a matter of days; with the exception of the delay that the Landmark Department will cause.

Investments are easy to buy and offers accepted but it is quality not quantity.
