As soon as you’re labeled a habitual contract flipper in the market, you’ll find it very difficult to have a P&S contract offered to you.My recommendation would be to try your hand at wholesaling in Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx or Staten Island where prices are lower and sales are much more frequent.

CapEx always seems to keep up with inflation, even though prices and rents do not always.On the other hand, in a vibrant and growing community cash flow may start out lower, but is will go up over time as prices and rents exceed inflation, or at the very least stay steady as they keep up with inflation.

He 'conned' my mother into saying it was okay to move out on the 5th of this month, saying he could sign another lease early, my mom was confused about the move out date.This tenant is a habitual liar and probably didn't even sign a lease.
