Not trying to stereotype but I know how hard it was to explain Skype to my mom so she could see the grand kids after she retired to Florida.Does this bite into the automation of your land lording?

You'll more than likely get charged for grand theft auto than them paying storage.   

A listing at that price might also cost me 2-3 grand out of pocket to service.

I find it hard to believe agents in Madison, Raleigh, Boise, Grand Rapids, Co Springs, and Indianapolis make more than agents in DC.

So if you making connection with no less than 2 members (3 or more is better) that when you take a trip to area, you can get the grand tour of their city.  

I'm starting out with a few grand, some tools, a truck, and the freedom to get after it full time.

could I get say 10-20-30 people to invest in a few grand for a flip and then use a hard money lender on top of that to help pay for a flip?
