And, if you had the right mentor, more like one of the investors Mike Oh suggested, reather than a guru-type mentopr, that could be very helpful. but you will learn just as much by reading all the posts in the forums on this site (for free), asking alot of questions of us and of the investors in your REI club, formulating a plan and taking action in order to learn by doing.
