Just sayin'For you people who invest in California, it reminds me of the question:"Why do you keep pounding your finger with that sledge hammer"?

Many people are getting $100/m of cash flow in the mid-west and that means you are already getting 360 months/30 years of cash flow without lifting a finger.

Youre absolutely right - it would be difficult to navigate credit/privacy/housing laws state by state.Also probably wouldnt be able to report social media accounts based on accusations or posts... and I think a lot of the issues would come down to finger pointing.I suppose something similar to this exists and meets all requirements - evictions on credit reports. ha.

Fingers crossed, I hope to go under contract tomorrow (but there are still things in the way).
