What do you charge?

Note that I mostly rent B2B (directly to insurance relocation companies and other corporations) but I include the cost of the waiver each month in the rent that I charge.

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!

If you’re running a MTR more like a STR, then you can decide to charge the full boat as agreed or, if you desire (possibly to obtain a good review) find a substitute renter for the period in question and credit the original renter.If, like me you operate a MTR more like a LTR just for a shorter period of time, you probably use a specific rental form provided by either the state real estate commission of the local NAR affiliate.  

I know Red Awning charges 10% and they handle most of the guest communications and listing, pricing for you, but you still need to arrange cleaners. 

You will be able to structure a financing solution much faster than talking to various banks with various guidelines and specialty loans. 

Is ongoing management charges separated out from pre-ownership services - finding, renovating and furnishing? 

That is if there is no record on the platform of the request.Otherwise you can modify the reservation to add the week and do a payment request for the extra cleaning or bake it into the extra week charge.

Charged me $1700 for the pro group in sleezy way (never issued or emailed one single invoice or pre-notify that the next monthly charge of $99 would occur).

If I go with Wynd, they charge $15/mo by device and they recommend one per room.
