I feel like there are some strategies and follow up I'm missing and hoping to work for a capital raiser or an investing group as a capital raiser, so that they can focus on what they excel at, rehabs and project management.

This is why is is extremely important that you use local resources who own STR's in the area or manage them at a bare minimum.

I'm also meeting property managers in different markets that are starting to refuse to manage properties in certain neighborhoods.

Ideally, I’d be buying and selling and potentially managing properties as a job, and be working the gardens and hobby farming, potentially attending farmers markets on weekends (we both love to create things).

Managing tenants yourself is no small task, but I’d say it’s often a blessing in disguise.
