Hello all,This will be my first post, and I want to apologize ahead of time if it's something that's been covered extensively already.In choosing a Real Estate Agent, I have read books and blogs, etc., which suggest and advise me to get a referral. 

This unless they request and extension.

Can anyone reflect on the concept of pre qualifying tenant buyers for a Rent to Own program using criteria that is not as extensive as if they would be applying for an outright mortgage? 

I would try to get an optional 15 day extension with additional EMD, if possible. 

Even with this disconnect on the purchase price, I am still excited about the property because it will help clean up the neighborhood as well as should be profitable even with extensive repairs. 

I thought I would add a line in their lease extension, due in December, that it could be assigned in the future.

I put in brand new ceiling fans and vertical blinds 2 years ago. they also charged me for a utility knife and extension cords!
