(Update...)Luckily, I have an old free account on that site and still remember the password.In short, some large group is buying up tax delinquent properties at scavenger sales, keeping the good ones, and the ones they can't give away they DO give away - to the unsuspecting.So - we're supposed to be entrepreneurs here.
