And those are SMALL deals for Chicago's mammoth and extremely diverse economy where you have companies like McDonalds, Walgreens, United, etc all moving their headquarters downtown in a mad rush to tap the exploding talent in Chicago's core.

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

What turned me to Indy is a few things: (1) strong and diverse job scene, (2) new developments in the city, (3) low unemployment (at least pre-COVID), (4) possible appreciation down the line, (5) affordable to own RE.My goal is to start with a SFH, build a team, create a system in place and then continue building my portfolio by investing the area.

Kentucky really is a diverse place with a wide-array of real estate investment opportunities. 

You can search population growth, employer diversity, median income, crime rates, future development plans, population demographics, average rent compared to housing cost etc.

With more collective experience and diversity of opinion there is quite likely to be much more material here in the coming months.Great job.
