In 12 hours I had the inside completely demoed and ready to start the rehab process.

So I'm finding several properties on my local MLS where it looks like a rehabber has purchased a property, did the demo work, cleaned it up, put on new siding, exterior windows, sometimes a new roof, framed out the structure, and now are advertising it for sale at this point.

I needed a temporary power pole to be installed so that I could start the demo of the roof and 2nd story. 

Our partner’s GC mentioned that we should thinking about having someone start on the demo as soon as possible to not waste time, and then have GCs bid on the rest of the project.

@Zack Lofton thanks - in 9 days we got the roof done on house and shed, back addition prepared for siding, soffits removed, inside demo complete, fence removed, all new doors and windows removed, furring strips put up alongside the house and siding started on the sides.

Essentially when the demo was done you could stand in the basement and see the roof and all exposed brick.  

Demoing the garage would not be the biggest deal, but as I said it is shared.  

However, when I had a unit demo i found all knob and tube.  

Property needs about $15k - $20k in repairs (water heater, center flooring, appliances, w/d, demo attached wood to roof- wont damage roof, door knobs, and very minor knick knacks).
