I'll have to pick your brain about your 4 plex.

I am hoping to meet with a few investors in each area while I am there to pick their brains about the biz.

I had a strong start, but things slowed down when my grandmother was diagnosed with brain cancer.

Hopefully after I fill my brain with all this knowledge I'll be even more confident in what I am doing!

(We've actually done LO's in Pflugerville...)Brain is correct, that you can not per the law do SLO's in TX, but you can do LO's all day long.  

I'm just personally having a very difficult time creating the best approach for them to have the best outcome.In the end if it's too complicated for them and not worth racking my brain over I'm OK with that, I would just hate to see them let their investment basically dissolve due to unfortunate life circumstances.  

I'd love to take you to lunch sometime soon and pick your brain on what you see in our market and maybe see if there is something I can help you out with and get some more real world experience at the same time.

So, what I'm asking is that if there are any experienced investors in the Eagle River/Anchorage area , especially ones with experience in small multi-family rental units, who would like to get some coffee on my dollar, I'd love to pick your brain for a bit.

Our head of household is an insomniac with PTSD, brain & spinal injuries, various other chronic pain probs that run major interference with life & everyday activities.

I've got sirens blaring in my brain that your state licensing board/investigation team will slap you with a fine and possibly a cease and desist letter for doing this.
