Hi everyone, I am debating on whether or not I should obtain my real estate license.

I personally have 3 tenants, all of whom are coming due in June, and I was debating if there was something I could do to show the working class tenants a level of compassion (all 3 of my tenants are current on rent but I fear the next few months in Florida will cause more changes).

Now in practice, is it safe to consider that if the SE has separate business bank account, a weekly wire transfer from business to personal of $1923.07 will for sure solve the issue, regardless of the debate above?

You are correct Joseph, nothing is Recession proof, but there is no debating the fact that Self-Storage is more Recession Resistant than all other asset classes.   

I'm still debating what to do with the deal.

Now we can debate what that will do to real estate all day long, but if we can't agree on the same set of facts about cases and death then what's the point.
