If its in the city where off street parking is a huge perk and it has a legal curb cut then I would keep the garage in most cases.

One of my properties the city condemned it and had the lady removed before I bought it, and it was so full of roaches they had to tent the entire house and cut away the bottom third of drywall from rot and mold.

Yesenia,Feels like a straightforward DSCR loan, base it mostly off of the cash flow of the property itself inside an entity and maybe take a bit of a leverage cut as a foreign investor, but very doable.Do you have an LLC already established?

The financial decisions are rough; if you can't mid term it or long term it and wait out appreciation a bit then its probably best to cut your losses.

I think we will some more small hikes, and I think we will see some small cuts, but ultimately rates will continue floating in the 6% +/- range.
