The curb appeal on your rehab looks amazing compared to what is looked like back in May 2018!

Also, make sure it is very clean...in my experience a vacant unit can get kind of dusty and need follow up light cleaning if it is vacant longer than a month, especially if it has had a fair amount of viewings/traffic. the cleaner the unit the higher quality of tenant and price.Also, you should get your realtor to facetime or send video of the neighborhood, if your neighbors have furniture or mattress left out at the curb, lots of graffiti, people loitering, or their is a homeless encampment down the street, there could be issues that have nothing to do with your property, but more to do with the immediate neighborhood.the other suggestions about zillow, gets you on HotPads, trulia at the same time, since they are owned by same company...the other app is apartments.com.

It also looks like there's a curb cut right in from of the bus stop (keep in mind the noise coming from that too!).

Also just put the old ones on curb they will be gone in 24 hours from scrappers or call special pickup and they will haul away free. 

You must have a crew of at least 4 people (that you pay), to set EVERYTHING at the curb within one hour while a deputy stands around watching (in case he is needed).Like most everyone on here has already said, you need to take care of business.

New kitchen, 2 new baths, paint, refinishing hardwoods, new fixtures, curb appeal.

The RV pad is basically in the back yard and out of the way from the curb view and the backyard has an area for a small dog to run around.
