When I have the time I will distribute a couple of dollars into a few different cryptos to speculate. 

Currency is constant, the fact that the dollars are US or Canadian or any other currency doesn't matter since the formulas would be the same.

Intent would be to utilize the account for not only real estate related activities, but also potentially business investing, and cryptocurrency/ derivatives.Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Will these licenses then act like currency due to their inherent value?

This is very profitable because we’ll sell in US dollars to foreigners or wealthy locals and our costs will be very low and incurred in the heavily depreciated local currency.

It’s definitely a different ballgame in the US, but I find it even more lucrative in both the short and long term, especially given the lower interest rates, landlord-friendly laws, tax efficiency, and hard currency income.
