Real estate excites because of all of the good opportunities to learn about homes and the housing market.I currently have no hands on real estate experience but I have been reading books, cruising through the bigger pockets forums, analyzing deals on my leisure, and networking.I am currently looking to get my real estate license and will be starting classes in January 2017.

I'm new to the forum and looking to meet some investors in the Phoenix area.I heard about Bigger Pockets from cruising You-Tube looking for investing podcasts.

You should know what street you are cruising down, if not your GPS will tell you that.

There were a few FSBOs and also new houses going up in the areas I was cruising around.

If it falls between Jan 9 and April 8, it will need to be on the Holland America cruise ship Rotterdam VI -88 day cruise for wifey and I.

Partially just because it has been “discovered” resulting in more visits...and partly because they are working on a “Home Port” cruise ship port.  

This last Sunday for my 49th birthday.spent a week on carnival Cruise for a week.

There is also the risk of getting killed in the process.I'm familiar with cruising by boat, the US is the only country that I know of that doesn't restrict semi-auto hand and long guns.

How many cruises could they go on with that?
