Do you need all this for a couple of rentals?

I highly recommend listening to the podcast interview with the VP of Airdna either on BiggerPockets the past couple months or maybe it was STR secrets podcast.

I negotiated this property by trading my owned property for this one, as it was a brand new property in an area being developed.

What I did was after my sale was under contract and I was down to a couple weeks from closing I started shopping seriously and had my replacement under contract a couple days before my sale closed.

I have a live-in (22 year old son) rehab (pt Loma) starting Dec 1 if you desire to see the pre-rehab condition reach out to me a couple days before Dec 1.  

While brand building is important I want to know what they have done.

A couple of tips to get the most of your post: - First, upload a profile picture and consider taking 2 minutes to update your bio.

If you stick to American name brand units that are basic - no fancy sensors, doodads or anything else - W/Ds are surprisingly durable, even with renters.

He bases the loan off of owned properties and the properties you bought in the last couple of years.

So I actually started off doing PPL but after a couple of months of using them the price exponentially increased.
