I've had commercial loans with my CU but all others through brokers, and they've all been sold within a few months then had issues with the loan servicing companies/ the banks they sold my loans to.

20 to 25 year amortization is pretty standard for commercial loans, in my area at least.

Our team has just gotten our first commercial property under contract and our time will largely be spent in these areas in the immediate future.
