Other requirements included their own control / source of heat and 24/7 access to their breaker box (more because this was a unit attached to another and they want to make sure one party can't lock another party out of access to heat and power. ) Anyway, I fit all these requirements into a room 8.5x21ft.

All thanks to LAST tenant that heated the house with elec space heaters on the crappiest knob and tube wiring you ever saw on 2 circuits for about whole house. 

One of them was an upgrade in electric service and breaker box since their lights were flickering when they run certain appliances.

They will be bringing a fiber optic circuit to the building with speeds up to 500mb.  

Usually the seller agrees to extend a few days but we almost always complete the inspection in 5 days, but getting the report and giving a list of repairs can take a few extra days  Yeah, I am just worried that I won't be able to find out about any deal breakers within 5 days.

.- told the broker to set up a walk through and I asked my long time general contractor to meet me there to identify any deal breakers.

Wiring:  If there are fuses, figure in the cost to upgrade to circuit breakers. 

Here where im at i  rehabbed two of them that kind of looked like that  1200 sf- 1500 plumbing, central ac, upgrade breaker box ,floating floor on most of the house  on one i spent 20k and the other one close to 30k used a couple of handymen
