@Brian Caldwell I know this isnt of any help but my wife and I are thinking about doing the same in the Market right around the Sprint Center.

It's very rare on a strip center for tenants to do 10 year leases.

Since you are at a top business school, I would take advantage of their career center, events, and alumni network (reach out to alumni from your school that work at target firms) to break into the space.

I can see where you are coming from regarding weight bearing but, most weight bearing walls on a standard home are close to center or perpendicular wall intersections making in impractical in some cases. 

I've seen designs for a soundproof wall where top and bottom plates are 2x6 and you put 2x4s on alternating edges every 8 inches (16" on center for each side).

I attended FLETC (Federal Law Enforcement Training Center) in Glynco, GA and there were a lot of rentals set up on St.

They built community centers, and increased the police force by nearly 35%. 

I came across that phrase when working in the patient relations department of a large medical center.

But I know there are areas more like the Denver Tech Center that's outside of Denver where corporate rentals also do well, so proximity to downtown might be important for my demographic, but it really depends. 

I just found out that my boy has been transferred to a more local detention center for a court hearing, and a staff member can notarize documents one day per week.
