I don't believe painting with such a broad brush. 

It has been a few years so I wanted to brush up on what I should be looking for in a lender and also what questions I should be asking.

Also a soap scrub brush for the building.

Brush up on energy codes especially. 

If you are going to paint, I would suggest having the doors and boxes sprayed {if possible} rather than trying to paint them with a brush and/or {foam} roller.

You can attach the head unit directly to the brush and it works great on one of our couches that seems to collect hair like crazy.

Repainted the entire house ourselves, enclosed one room with French doors to make a 5th BR or office, changed all the ceiling fans, door knobs to brushed nickel, added an above stove microwave.

Clean that out and any brush.
