They say that you become the type of person you surround yourself with so I’m planning on joining a meet up here in the area to hopefully network and gain some more friends with my same mindset.I decided to start investing in real estate because I want to gain my time back by gaining passive income and also work my way up to not having to work for a boss.I have gained a little bit of knowledge over the past 6 months, but there’s still a lot out there I don’t know so it’s very helpful brainstorming and asking questions to see what others have done who are already successful in real estate investing.

So, the lender has a valid concern about if the move will negatively affect your self-employed income => potentiall leading to you defaulting on your mortgage payments and forcing them to foreclose (which they do NOT want to do).It may help if you can get some statistics to submit which compare the average Uber driver gross income in your current city to that of the city where you plan to relocate.If your current lender isn't helping you brainstorm ideas to address their underwriting concerns, then yes, find another lender that can think outside their box!

So in this case you can have all of the mutual agreements you want with your dad as long as you understand he would be the sole, 100% owner, and only decision maker of the property while you'd have a nice piece of paper that would mean nothing to anyone.Third, and I mean this politely, but you're brainstorming into an ethically gray area and perhaps even a fraudulent one.

I would also suggest doing some brainstorming on private money loan options you may have, wherein the terms may be friendlier especially if you're planning to carry the note for 1-2 years before refinancing.
