I also believe the city will bounce back (although it will take some time), so I'm not too concerned about Westchester.

I've always struggled with task management/to-do lists and I've been bouncing back and forth with different methods for years.

Honolulu days on market may be a little higher right now but if you’re lowballing offers and never get a deal inked you could end up on the sideline when the market bounces back... in the grand scheme of things 20-30k off a 700k property isn’t much.

It would be hard to bounce back quick with that on your record.

To start small, you could just find a mentor thats willing to bounce ideas with you and teach you along the way.
