But the real deal was the Graton tribe bought the 230 acres across from us in a land assemblage took 15 years wrangling with the state and ended up building the largest Casino in Northern Ca right across the street from us  :)  and the City brought us into the city limits and up zoned us..

It's important to be closer to these desirable areas come summer time as these are where the bigger-drawing attractions (casinos, golf courses, clubs, bars, restaurants, etc) are located.
