Basically means  that I will have to get the property to a condition that is acceptable for code enforcement during this period. 

I’d love to have real estate provide some financial freedom/flexibility and create a portfolio that I could eventually get my kids involved with and pass down to them, but I end up feeling frozen/stuck based on the factors above. 

Although I've been using trusts for years, I am literally just doing my estate planning and my attorney said I did everything right to be able to pass my properties down to my kids.

Just kidding, hopefully I don't get taken down lol.  

Their parents had it, they got it when they turned 18, their kids grow up on it and so far I have seen a few of their kids also get it when they turn 18.

It would be a Wordpress site due to the easy to use nature and all the great plug-in's and widgets available.Regarding SEO, there are some basic products that help but SEO has gotten so complex over the years, you really need to hire a SEO company to set it all up a make it worthwhile.The cost could be exorbitant so it might not be worth the effort.
