At this stage in my life, equity growth is more important than monthly cash flow.

Look at all the differences in both rate and terms but most important in my opinion is their track record in customer service and meeting deadlines and closing.

Talking to a lender can be a good first step, less exciting than looking on Zillow but still very important. 

It sounds like you’re dialing into that deeper layer of investing where trust and a sense of community become as important as the numbers on a spreadsheet.

And THE most important thing is that you have to work with a Qualified Intermediary BEFORE you close on the property that you are selling.
