Tim drinks but still can say the exact same thing he said when he was not drunk.. ;-).

THey say more bars in more places, well the only bars AT&T gets you to are the ones that serve beer, because the lack of service makes you want to drink!

At any rate, this is a crack up.By the way Andrew and Curt, I believe it to be a sin to waste beer on the floor, so I will just drink the rest of mine.SALUTE!

He has 3 indoor cats (disclosed 2), 3 outdoor cats (ie feeding strays), the previous property manager did not ask for a security deposit, he works on his two junky cars and dirt bike in the driveway (huge oil stains in front of his garage) and he keeps equally mediocre company (not felons...just drinking, smoking...low class stuff). 

Starting out is so fun, but it can feel like drinking from a water hose, haha.  1.

What if one roommate has friends over every night of the week to drink and play FortNite?

Managing an Airbnb and go to the basement of my multifamily to wash some towels. saw like 30 alcohol cans, pills, powerball tickets everywhere and one of my tenants mattresses on the ground.

I would drink some beers and shoot at frogs in the pond with a wrist rocket while waiting for trains to come by and run over the pennies I put on the tracks. 

Or smoke and drink and get loud all day and all night long....

They are just drinking the short term cool aid these sellers are pushing and hoping the cycle takes them into nirvana for the future.
