For instance, mileage from driving around to view properties for sale, educational expenses like books or seminars, expenses from networking events with other real estate professionals, etc.Hope that provides a helpful example. 

I use the TenantCloud app to manage my rentals and they have an option to send a notice to the tenants that would require their signature and let me know if they viewed it or not.

I can see clusters of rent prices, hover over the price and get a quick view of bed/bath/sq ft and exactly where the price changes are between neighborhoods.
