Although I'm not ready to pull the trigger in Edmonton,  I like the buildings around Jasper and my second choice is Whyte (82nd) - Old Strathcona area.

And you should be able to get a 30 year due in 3, 5, or even ten years.Good that you don’t pull the trigger on the bad deal out of frustration.

Hey @Matthew Swearingen - as someone else pointed out, you may not be getting the best response from agents because there are a bunch of "tire kickers" out there that never actually end up pulling the trigger on a property.

You could quit claim it into your LLC but it technically triggers the due on sale clause.
