Multiple bikes have been stolen and they ding/vandalized her cars with toys.

Have not bought a bunch of toys with payments, our only real payment is our rent $2500/month.

The property was full of vintage toys, building materials & junk.

If adding the 1/2 bath was the only plumbing/electric/drywall activity, or if it was more difficult to run the utilities, the cost would certainly be greater.I toyed with adding a 1/2 bath in the basement as well as finishing the basement.

Unfortunately in todays world most discussions are more like two three year olds fighting over a toy and people enjoy insulting each other versus having legitimate conversations

I google "big black dildo" found an image of one on a dark brown night stand similar to there's, the toy was easy 12inch long.  

This is in sharp contrast to normal daily life, where not having a garage for the toys and having 4 people share a single bathroom would be a PITA, and where I don't want to live in a shoebox condo just because it has killer ocean or mountain views and a fun bar across the street. 

And the Getting to “yes, no, and all in between” are just placeholders for having a true conversation And learning the business.  

@Vic Takhmazyan I've got property near water (one with a pool in the house) and one thing I found is a sign that says something like "this device is not a toy.
