Theoretically, the more time commitment, management, marketing, sales, supervision etc you’re willing to put in, the more you MAY earn from any $ invested.

I would caution you against having 'cheap labor' rip it all out without the supervision of the electrician who is going to be redoing it.

Hiring, firing, call-off's, sick pay, jobs getting done wrong, supervision, promotions, demotions etc....

I was also not there to supervise.

But if you know enough to supervise say a few roofers or window installers which is not hard once you do a few ..

It's very well supervised. 

If the customer insists that they purchase the materials I make sure that they do it with my supervision so that I don't get partway into a project and end up with the wrong materials that may postpone the job completion waiting on the right ones.

I still have a team there managing properties and brokering deals under my supervision, but I have since relocated recently to Tulsa, OK to start a branch office of our brokerage here.I have noticed that the laws concerning property management and landlord stipulations are very similar to Arkansas, which makes OK a landlord friendly state, too.
