Put yourself in the guests shoes. 2.) find good cleaning people, stick with them, and constantly be training and improving them and their work environment.

Regarding this "old woman who lives in a shoe" tenant of yours - I would put it in writing what she can and can't plug in where and tape it on her fridge in case she "forgets." 

We are a successful commercial self-storage operator out of Roswell, GA. 

No platform shoes though.

I don't want to make them angry but that space should be used for storage at best.

Where would you go from here if you were in my shoes?
