I just don't think it is a good idea to borrow against your 401k as a loan, and I also like the diversity of having two pots of money (401k funds and real estate investing assets).

Its actually not quite as easy to estimate what the increase in commission amount or net is, because it sounds like you arnt totally sure what the sales price would look like.This agent however, I give kudos to, because hes locating an off market property his clients love.Theres no sure answer here.
