if you get anyone to respond its a normal escrow.. get a purchase and sale contract signed.. take it to your local title company cut your check and close.no mystery to it.. nothing special.. the hard part will be getting any responses.. as stated these folks that are losing houses in OHIO have not made payments in years.. and they have gotten hundreds of these letters.. but you never know .... you could get lucky.
