Hey everyone, Firstly I'd like to thank Joshua, Brandon, Scott, Allison, Hilary, Mindy, Zachary, the moderators, and everyone else involved in putting together this awesome site!

One of my questions in my mind is how to find the right company for funding if i choose a double escrow or double close?

Another thing that comes to mind is learning to spot which tenants will be problem tenants before purchase, and prepare a game plan throughout the year-whether self-managing or managing the managers.

@Mindy Jensen I'm planning on living in it during the flip because my thought process is, I have to live somewhere and I might as well try to find a situation where I can live for pretty much rent/mortgage free.

Now Keep in mind I am in Charlotte NC and still hard to find deals here as well.
