I would add that it takes approximately 85 units to make the full time manager, full time maintenance tech, and a part time porter financially viable where it is not eating into your cash flow in an extreme way.

Yes, it "works" on a very limited basis.If you plan to do a lot drywall finishing and want to reconsider doing it yourself, check out proper power drywall sanders from Porter Cable or others.
