However, ours is a roll-your-own using the same underlaying UNIX-based, MTA system that many ISPs and large organisations use.Many business e-mail providers, such as GMail, offer inbound e-mail processing (and usually hide the scripting efforts behind a web-based interface).  

The templates are great and the super user friendly customization web site interface is easy to use.  

The service is free and you can easily transfer money to people through their easy web interface or the nice App they have.  

I have been using Rentalutions for two months now and while I don't feel like the interface is 100% there yet, I really like the features.  

There is an interface to Gmail, and Google Docs.

It's also just plain tedious to have to interface constantly with the custodian, and they can nickel and dime you to death on fees.

I like the simple interface on Rentec Direct.
