If you want to project an image of someone who really doesn't give a **** and wants to do the cheapest and easiest thing imaginable, paint everything the same color and sheen.

However, I would look for properties that are not in resort areas as the resort properties will all be inflated and the owners very recalcitrant to take substantially less than their imagined value.

Can't imagine why they'd want to screw the investor so bad.

They just can't imagine that sometimes things just don't go your way - that wasn't on the test!
