Sometimes it's necessary to clean up the cuts a bit with a surform plane but that only takes a second.  

I realized that, with the three planes of roofing converging in that spot in the picture, I'd rather have someone with more experience fix it.I'm glad Bob said that about the foam, I'd looked into that but wasn't sure if it was a viable option. 

I have a full time job as an engineer and when I meet people on a plane or in other places, I seem to always mention my full time job first during my introduction rather than mention that I am an investor in Real Estate.

Since I went to school in Texas and I planed on staying there, I found out that I was qualified to take a broker test and get a license without taking anything extra and I got a license.  

It's less than 2 hour plane ride and my husband travels there often for work. 

Job growth is a good indicator, and I believe FREIDA has a nice market data, but what does everyone else use to evaluate a market, besides the get in a plane and drive around option?

I don't have anyone there but I am planing to move to south in near future.
