If 13,000 views only translate into 3 applications, that feels like there is a disconnect somewhere in the process.

Even looking at some of the comments here, there's disconnect, hate, and lack of compassion. 

As part of that goal, they penalize you, the payer, for not helping them with this goal.So, to be clear - your ability to take a deduction for the labor and your requirement to issue a 1099 are completely and totally disconnected.

I had this happen to me before where the company who disconnected the Washer did not close the Valves and Tenant turned off Water several weeks before notice date so it actually left me with a big insurance claim.  

Unless they take your money and all you get is a busy tone or disconnected number when you call someone, it's not a scam IMO.

I have not had time yet to check it out but anytime I call, it says that the number has been disconnected.
