Can I bring my pc into the Auction Room or do you print your Excel spreadsheet for hand entered notes?

Also I have no idea why the pictures are rotated they show up great and in the right orientation on my phone but not the PC. 

I tried it and stayed with my desktop version to manage ours.

For example, someone buys a home for $100K and used Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter (DU), then a year later they refinance and the loan officer inputs $100K for the value into DU. 

These things aren’t set in stone...different appraisers can come up with different values, or they may use desktop underwriting, which might be off, too, 

If that's the case, you can pay a quick visit to planning commission department and have them pull up past cases of R1 lot sub-division & how the PC / council voted.
