Like with blueberries and raspberries, you need a lot of berries, with a few cups of sugar (less than you would with sure jell) and cook it for a while until it thickens when it cools.

Just don't bite off more than you can chew with the rehab.

If the animal is peeing on the carpet or chewing on trim, you can absolutely require them to repair the damages immediately or remove the animal from the property.
